Macks is 2

Macks is 2!  We took her to wingers for her Birthday Dinner and when we got home we had some super yummy cake that Chelsea made! She is getting so big! At her 2 year check up she weighed in at 24.4lbs and 34" tall. We are so in love with her, she is so full of life and has an amazingly outgoing personality! 

• She is pretty much talking in full sentences
• She has so much personality
• She is potty trained!!! 
• She loves everyone!

Easter

This year for Easter we decided that we really wanted to start trying to teach Macks the real meaning of Easter and why we celebrate it. So our week started out with watching a bunch of videos on www.lds.org about the life Resurrection. Macks didn't quiet understand it but in one of the videos we watched she did understand that Christ got "owies" and that he was sad, and when he was resurrected he was happy. So I guess that is a good starting point. 

On Saturday our Ward had its Annual Easter Breakfast and Egg Hunt. 

Since I am currently not allowed to do anything John took Macks around on the Egg Hunt. 

She only got a couple of eggs but when she came back to show me she didn't really care!

I am super bummed I didn't get an actual Family picture, but I did get one of each of us with Macks!

 I didn't take any pictures of us coloring the eggs, but Macks loved it and when they were dry she loved putting stickers all over them!

Pregnancy Update

Well this time around I haven't really been into the whole pregnancy blogging. I have felt way more pain and discomfort so far and I don't feel like I even look pregnant, I still feel like I am in the fat stage for the most part. But I did want to do a little comparison picture so yesterday I decided to take a picture wearing the same shirt i wore when I was pregnant with Macks. I am not sure if I am exactly the same weeks wise but it is with-in a week or so.

So here is a little update, I will be 31 weeks on Thursday and I am so ready for this little girl to get here. I have been having a lot more pains and sickness this time. I had really bad All Day sickness for the whole first half of my pregnancy, and now I am not super sick all the time but I have had heartburn like crazy. (This little girl better have a ton of hair!) 

We are super excited for this little girl to join our family. I am hoping she comes early like Macks did but we will see. I will be sure to post some pictures of Macks in my next post. (I can't believe she will be 2 at the end of the month.)
